Membership Cancellations

DOJO does not charge for any membership cancellations.  Cancellations must be made before their next billing date in order to avoid being charged for that billing date. If a member cancels their term and decides to return, then a $149 Reinstatement Fee will be applied to their account upon return.

Membership HOLDS

For all holds that are non-medical related (for example, leaving for vacation), we allow up to 2 months of membership hold. If a member exceeds this 2 months, then a $149 Reinstatement Fee will be applied to their account upon return.
